Phase II Registration – Academic Year 2026–27
Dear Head / Nodal Officer of the Institution,
Greetings from the SSSJKL Cell, AICTE!
This is to inform you that Phase II registration on the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) for the Academic Year 2026–27 under the PM-USP Special Scholarship Scheme for Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh (SSSJKL) is now open for eligible students.
All Institute Nodal Officers and Principals are requested to ensure that all students allotted to their respective institutions complete the fresh registration process on the NSP portal and that the respective student applications are duly verified by the institutions within the prescribed deadlines.

Instructions for Institutions
- All Institute Heads/Nodal Officers are requested to verify the applications of eligible students on the NSP portal within the prescribed timeline.
- Institutions are advised to complete the verification process well in advance to avoid last-minute technical issues.
- Failure to complete institution verification within the stipulated timeline may affect students' eligibility for scholarship benefits. Institutions must ensure timely verification.
Students who have not continued their studies or have not joined the allotted institution must be marked as "Left the Institute" with appropriate remarks on the SSSJKL portal, wherever applicable.
