CONTRACT LAW LANDMARK JUDGMENTS
Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta (ADG) Law School, ADGIPS, organized a Case Analysis Activity on “Law of Contract: Landmark Judgments” on 7 April 2026 at 11:00 A.M. in Room No. 1008 for the students of BBA LL.B. 2nd Semester under the subject Contract Law II. The session was coordinated by Ms. Ayushi Mathur (Assistant Professor) and aimed at enhancing students’ analytical, interpretative, and presentation skills through the study of important judicial decisions.
As part of Assignment II, students were assigned landmark contract law cases and required to analyze them in terms of facts, issues, legal principles, and judgments. Each student presented their case in a structured manner, demonstrating a clear understanding of contractual principles and judicial reasoning. The session was highly interactive, with discussions and questions following each presentation, encouraging deeper engagement and peer learning.
The activity witnessed active participation from all students and reflected strong research, analytical thinking, and communication skills. It successfully enhanced students’ ability to interpret case laws, articulate legal arguments, and build confidence in public speaking. Overall, the session proved to be academically enriching and aligned with the institution’s focus on experiential learning and legal excellence.
