My time at Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Professional Studies, while pursuing B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, isn’t something I look back at as just “college life”-it feels like a journey that quietly shaped the person I’ve become today. Every corner of the campus holds a memory, and every phase of those years added a new layer to my identity.
I stepped into ADGIPS with big dreams but very little clarity. Like most of us, I was unsure, figuring things out as I went. But somewhere along the way, confusion turned into direction, hesitation turned into confidence, and I started believing in my own potential. This place didn’t just educate me-it transformed me.
One of the most defining parts of my journey was being a part of the fashion society….my first-ever society in college. It opened doors to a completely different side of me. From learning confidence on stage to understanding teamwork and creativity, it gave me experiences that went far beyond academics. Those moments still stand out as some of the most vibrant memories of my college life.
What truly made ADGIPS special, though, were the mentors who guided us throughout. Their support went beyond lectures and notes-they invested in us as individuals. They challenged us to think bigger, supported us during our lows, and celebrated our smallest wins. Because of them, stepping into the professional world didn’t feel overwhelming…it felt like a continuation of everything we had been preparing for.
Looking back now, I realize how deeply those years have influenced me. The resilience, the confidence, and the mindset I carry today all trace back to that time. Every milestone I achieve still carries a piece of ADGIPS with it.
For me, ADGIPS will always be more than just a college—it will always be the place where I discovered myself, built my confidence, and began turning my aspirations into reality.
