Event : Expert talk on “Career Opportunities in Built Environment Sector.
Objective:
The objective of the expert talk on “Career Opportunities in Built Environment Sector” was to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the diverse career pathways available in the built environment industry. The session aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by offering insights into current trends, professional roles, and required skill sets.
Additionally, the talk sought to familiarize students with global professional standards and opportunities through the introduction of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). It also intended to motivate students to explore emerging fields, enhance their employability skills, and make informed career choices in civil engineering and allied sectors.
