The activity was conducted with the objective of enhancing students’ analytical and interpretative skills through the study of landmark judgments in Labour Law, while fostering critical thinking, legal reasoning, and a deeper understanding of judicial precedents related to labour rights and industrial relations. As part of its commitment to experiential learning and academic excellence, ADG Law School organized a case analysis session on 1st April 2026 for 8th semester students. Participants were assigned landmark cases from their Labour Law II syllabus and were required to analyze key aspects such as facts, legal issues, principles, and judgments. They presented their analyses, followed by engaging discussions that encouraged diverse viewpoints and critical evaluation. The session created an interactive learning environment where students actively applied theoretical knowledge to practical case scenarios, thereby strengthening their comprehension of complex legal doctrines. Overall, the activity significantly improved students’ understanding of labour law jurisprudence, enhanced their ability to interpret and analyze judgments, and contributed to the development of essential legal research, reasoning, and advocacy skills.
