Overview

The Department of Computer Science at ADGIPS, under its official technical society CompTech Scientia, organized Starlight Showcase on 19th February 2026 as part of UTKARSH 2026. The event served as a platform for students to showcase their creative talents and artistic abilities, allowing them to perform and express themselves through various forms of art and performance.

About the Event

Starlight Showcase was designed as a talent-based event where students could present their abilities in multiple creative domains. The competition encouraged participants to step forward with confidence and share their talents with the audience.

Participants performed in different categories including:

🎭Acting and Stage Performances
🎨Drawing and Painting
🎤Creative Expressions and Other Talents

The event created a lively and engaging atmosphere, allowing students to demonstrate their passion for performing arts and creative expression.

Event Highlights

The event encouraged self-expression, creativity, and confidence among students.
Participants showcased talents ranging from music and dance to visual arts and stage performances.
The showcase created an enjoyable and energetic environment for both performers and the audience.

Event Coordination

The event was successfully organized under the guidance of Ms. Asfiya Zaidi, who served as the Faculty Coordinator for the event. Her support and supervision helped ensure the smooth execution of the program.

Outcome

Starlight Showcase provided students with a wonderful opportunity to express their creativity and perform confidently on stage. The event successfully highlighted the diverse talents present among students and encouraged them to pursue their artistic interests alongside their academic journey.

The program concluded on a high note, leaving participants and the audience inspired and entertained.
