Phase II Registration and Institution Verification Notice
Dear Students,
This is to inform all eligible students from Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh that Phase II registration on the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) for the Academic Year 2026–27 under the PM-USP Special Scholarship Scheme for Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh (SSSJKL) is now open.
All eligible students allotted to the institution are advised to complete their fresh registration on the NSP portal within the prescribed deadline. Students must also ensure that their applications are verified by the institution.

Instructions for Students
- Complete fresh registration on the National Scholarship Portal (NSP), if not already completed.
- Ensure that all required details and documents are correctly submitted.
- Follow up with the institution, wherever necessary, to ensure timely verification of the application.
- Students who have not joined the allotted institution or have discontinued their studies must be reported as “Left the Institute” with appropriate remarks on the SSSJKL portal, wherever applicable.
