Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th and Graduation.
- No active backlogs.
Compensation Structure
- Internship – 9 Months: ₹15,000 per month
- L1 Trainee – Year 1: ₹4.8 – ₹6 LPA
- L2 Trainee – Year 2: ₹6 – ₹8 LPA
Technology Stack
Role & Responsibilities
- Work on real-world software development projects.
- Receive training in frontend and backend technologies to develop full-stack skills.
- Work across multiple technology stacks and project assignments.
- Use JIRA and Agile tools for task and project management.
- Participate in client discussions and understand project requirements.
- Contribute to testing and quality assurance workflows.
- Learn and apply new technologies according to project requirements.
- Develop mentorship skills and support junior developers as you progress.
