Activity Objectives:

To familiarize students with the placement process
To provide guidance on career planning and opportunities
To enhance awareness about industry requirements
To motivate students to develop employability skills
Outcome of the Session
The interaction session with the Training and Placement (T&P) Cell was highly beneficial, leading to improved awareness of the placement process, including eligibility, recruitment stages, and company expectations. Students identified key technical and soft skills required for employability and gained better clarity on career paths and industry demands. The session enhanced their readiness for resumes, group discussions, and interviews, boosting confidence. It also motivated students to focus on skill development, understand the importance of internships and certifications, and actively participate in placement-related activities and training programs.
