Introduction
The Department of Management Studies organized an engaging talent showcase event under the banner of Sankalp Society. The objective of the activity was to encourage students to showcase their talents, improve their confidence, and provide a platform for creativity and self‑expression. The event brought together enthusiastic students who participated in a variety of performances including dance, singing, poetry, stand‑up comedy, fitness challenges, and ramp walk presentations.
Objectives of the Event
- Encourage students to display their hidden talents.
- Develop confidence and stage presence.
- Promote creativity and artistic expression.
- Improve communication and presentation skills.
- Enhance student engagement in co‑curricular activities.

Winners of the Event
The winners were selected based on talent skill (30 marks), creativity (10 marks) and overall performance/team coordination (10 marks).
- 1st Position– Darshi (Ramp Walk Performance) – 60 Marks
- 2nd Position– Love Jain (Poetry and Singing) – 53 Marks
- 3rd Position– Riya (Singing and Push‑ups) – 50 Marks
Event Highlights
The event created a lively and motivating atmosphere in the department. Students actively cheered for their peers and appreciated the diversity of talent displayed. The push‑up challenges demonstrated physical endurance, while singing, poetry, dance and comedy performances reflected artistic creativity and stage confidence. The ramp walk presentation stood out for its confidence and presentation skills.
Learning Outcomes
The event generated several positive outcomes for the participating students. Some of the key learning outcomes included:
- Improved public speaking and communication skills.
- Increased confidence and self-belief among participants.
- Development of creativity and self-expression.

Conclusion
The event was a great success and achieved its objective of encouraging students to step forward and showcase their individuality. Activities like this play an important role in personality development and help management students develop confidence, creativity and communication skills. The Department of Management Studies and Sankalp Society look forward to organizing more such activities in the future.
