Key Objectives:
- To integrate ancient wisdom with modern management by encouraging participants to interpret Vedic stories through the lens of management principles and real-world business applications.
- To enhance analytical and communication skills by enabling students to critically analyze stories and present their insights effectively through storytelling techniques.
- To promote creative thinking and ethical understanding by drawing management lessons from Vedic literature and applying them to contemporary organizational challenges.

Event Structure
Ø Registration of Participants: Interested students registered individually for the event and mentioned their talent category such as singing, dancing, poetry, mimicry, etc.
Ø Performance Round: Each participant was given a fixed time (3–5 minutes) to perform their talent on stage.
Ø Judging Criteria: The performances were evaluated by the judges based on creativity, confidence, stage presence, and overall impact.
Ø Audience Engagement: The audience encouraged and motivated the performers through applause and active participation.
Ø Result Declaration and Awards: The judges announced the winners and certificates/prizes were awarded to the best performers.
Outcome of Activity:
- Enhanced conceptual understanding as participants successfully connected Vedic stories with modern management principles and real-life applications.
- Improved communication and analytical skills through structured storytelling, critical thinking, and effective presentation.
- Increased appreciation for ethical and cultural values by highlighting the relevance of ancient wisdom in today’s business and management practices.
