The Resume Clinic: Craft Your Career Success was successfully conducted by the “Humatrix”, HR Club, Management Department on April 4, 2026 as an 85-minute, activity-driven session. It aimed to enhance participants’ ability to create ATS-compliant, impactful resumes using structured guidance and AI tools.
Objectives: The session was designed to:
- Build understanding of resume structure and CV vs resume differences
- Develop ATS-friendly resume writing skills
- Provide real-world examples of strong vs weak resumes
- Introduce AI-assisted resume building techniques
- Enable peer-review and self-assessment
Session Structure: The session followed a 4-sprint model:
- Resume Fundamentals– Sections, format, and structure
- Dos, Don’ts & ATS– Practical guidelines for screening success
- Good vs Bad Analysis– Comparative real-time learning
- AI + Activity– Hands-on resume building and peer review
A live activity (40 mins) formed the core learning experience, followed by a debrief discussion.
