CAD-O-THON As Part of TECHNOUTSAV 2025

Venue: Computer Lab 2007

Objective: To check the drafting skills of students by giving a design problem that includes a residential plan of a building , its plan, elevation is to be made in AutoCAD Software in 1.5 hours.

Dr. Kavita Verma (HOD), Mr. Ashish Juneja , Akshya Sharma, Aarti Bhati (Assistant professor) Event coordinators- Snehit Kashyap (President) , Mazz Hasan & Ansh Gautam (Vice President), Vivek Kumar & Aditya Kumar (General secretary of NEEV), Taniya Talan & Vaibhav (Creative head).

Activities: 10 students actively participated in CAD-O-THON event organized by the department of civil engineering as part of TECHNOUTSAV 2025. Based on the score sheet of judge’s winners were declared and felicitated.

Outcomes: To check the designing and drafting skills of students, how innovatively students can design a residential plan of a specific area adding all components required in building.
