Activities: The event started with the introduction of Alumni, Dr. Lalit Kandpal, Port and Airport Research Institute (Japan). Dr. Lalit Kandpal started his talk to enlighten her journey at ADGIPS as a student to an employee in Port and Airport Research Institute (Japan). Which skills are required to clear campus placements and how to improve communication skills was highlighted by him.

Outcomes:

Increased Clarity: Understanding various career paths and what to expect post-graduation. Encouragement: Hearing success stories motivated students to pursue their goals actively.

Questions Addressed: Alumni were able to answer specific questions about various internships, and job applications.industries,
