Objective:

The Fresher’s Party was organized to warmly welcome the new MBA and BBA batches into the ADGIPS family. The event aimed to create a friendly environment, encourage interaction between seniors and juniors, and provide a platform for showcasing talents. It also fostered confidence among newcomers through fun activities, cultural performances, and personality-based competitions such as Mr. & Miss Fresher.

To ensure smooth transition and adjustment of new students into campus life.
To foster healthy relationships between seniors and juniors.
To build confidence among freshers through stage exposure and competitions.
To encourage team spirit, creativity, and participation.
To celebrate the diverse talents and personalities of the new batches.

Invocation & Blessings: – The program began with the auspicious Ganesh Vandana.

Lamp Lighting & Saraswati Vandana: – The ceremonial lamp lighting was conducted, accompanied by a graceful performance of Saraswati Vandana by students from Swaranjali Society

Director’s Address

The Director of ADGIPS graced the occasion with an inspiring speech, emphasizing academic excellence, discipline, and the importance of extracurricular engagement.

Cultural Performances

Bhangra by the Virsa Society

A major attraction of the Fresher’s Party was the energetic Bhangra performance by the Virsa Society. Their lively dance, vibrant costumes, and powerful moves filled the atmosphere with enthusiasm and cultural spirit. The performance not only entertained the audience but also reflected the rich cultural heritage and added charm to the evening.

Dance performances

The event featured a vibrant group dance performance by MBA 1st-year and BBA Ist year students. Their energetic presentation captivated the audience and added a lively spirit to the celebration.

Song performance

A melodious song performance by the MBA and BBA students added a soothing touch to the eventand was well appreciated by the audience.

Mr. & Miss Fresher Competition

The most awaited segment of the event consisted of three rounds:

Round 1: Ramp Walk & Introduction

Round 2: Talent Round (dance pushups, song and poetry etc)

Round 3: Question & Answer Session

Announcement of Mr. & Miss Fresher

Titles were awarded to MBA students and one BBA students based on their performance across all rounds.

From the MBA batch, Mr. Fresher was awarded to Karan and Miss Fresher to Riya.

From the BBA batch, Mr. Fresher was awarded to Nakshatra and Miss Fresher to Khyati.

Photo Session

The evening concluded with group photographs, capturing memories of a joyous and vibrant event.

Memorable Experience – The blend of tradition, fun, and competition created an unforgettable day for everyone.

The Fresher’s Party 2025 was a grand success, marked by vibrant performances, enthusiastic participation, and joyful celebrations. The event not only welcomed the new batches but also instilled a sense of belongingness and motivation among them. With blessings of the Almighty, guidance from the faculty, and spirited involvement from students, the event concluded on a high note with the announcement of Mr. & Miss Fresher and memorable group photographs
